Real-Time Urgent Alerts: Ensuring Ring Alerts trigger ringing sounds and full-screen notifications when the app is open, running in the background, or closed, across Android and iOS.
Multi-Role Access Management: Managing separate permissions for salon owners, team members, freelancers, and customers while maintaining correct owner-team relationships.
Booking Status Conflicts: Preventing duplicate or conflicting updates when multiple users confirm, cancel, or change a booking's status simultaneously.
Payment and Commission Accuracy: Ensuring accurate calculations for service charges, platform commissions, provider earnings, wallet transactions, and payouts to prevent financial discrepancies and disputes.

Comfygen built 24Beauty Map as a two-app platform with admin portal behind it.

The build covers one booking lifecycle system that all three sides read from, so a status change shows up for the customer, the provider and the admin at the same time.

Development Process

Comfygen followed the same process used on every project: business analysis, UI/UX design, application development, API integration, quality assurance, deployment and ongoing support.

Most of the effort went into four areas. Booking workflows, because the lifecycle had to handle instant and scheduled bookings without conflict. Role-based permissions, because four user types share one system. Real-time communication, covering chat and Ring Alerts across app states. Payment processing and provider verification, where accuracy matters most.
