About The Client
DiarchGo is an online grocery brand delivering from nearby dark stores in minutes. Customers order fresh produce, packaged food and daily essentials through the app. The company came to Comfygen with a delivery model but no product, and needed one partner to build the customer app, rider app and store operations as a single connected system.
Overview
Comfygen built DiarchGo across Android, iOS and web. The platform has four connected parts: customer app, delivery partner app, dark store management and admin panel. All of it runs on one backend, so customer, store and rider see the same order status at the same time. Both apps are live on Google Play and the App Store, with the web platform at diarchgo.com.
