Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and be capable of developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The candidate will work closely with designers, backend developers, product managers, and other team members to build and maintain modern web solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Build reusable and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
Develop robust RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and optimize MongoDB databases and Mongoose schemas.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices using JWT and other appropriate techniques.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
Perform code reviews and follow Git-based development and branching practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
Stay updated with modern JavaScript, React, Node.js, and web development technologies.
